Each service type has unique inclusions — for example, sunset cruises come with premium beverages and hors d'oeuvres, whereas business charters feature meeting amenities and specialized catering for corporate needs.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks before your planned outing is suggested, with the period from May to September being particularly busy. For business functions or personal festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks prior will secure better yacht availability and provide sufficient time for personalizing your experience.
What's the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety stands above all. In case our captain considers the weather unsafe for sailing, we can reschedule your booking to another suitable date or issue a complete refund. We pay close attention to weather forecasts and will notify you if we anticipate adverse weather conditions 24 hours prior to your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. We also offer comprehensive catering options that can be tailored to your preferences. Please be aware that, for everyone's safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Can individuals with mobility difficulties access your yachts?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to all guests. Accessibility varies across our fleet; hence we recommend getting in touch to discuss specific requirements. We'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make necessary accommodations accordingly.
What terms apply to cancellations?
Should you cancel more than 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours before your scheduled charter, you will receive a 50% refund. Inside the 24-hour window, cancellations are not eligible for a refund with the exception of poor weather conditions or mechanical complications on our side.
