CommonsWayStation offers upscale yacht charter services, which includes, but is not restricted to:

  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate retreats
  • Private events
  • Multi-day charters

All offerings are contingent on availability and climatic conditions. We retain the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter, you need to:

  • Be of 18 years or more
  • Submit precise and complete details
  • Remit the required deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
  • Conform to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only affirmed once payment is received and our written confirmation is issued. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Chartering is dependent on availability of the vessel and suitable weather conditions. We will put forth reasonable attempts to honor your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is presented in € and comprises applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost required at the time of booking
  • Balance: Payment due 48 hours prior to charter departure
  • Additional expenses (if any): Payable after charter conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments through major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques are accepted. Processing of payments is conducted using secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 24-72 hours prior to departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If weather conditions are determined to be unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter to another available date without additional charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues occur with the assigned vessel, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate replacement. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Use safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Excessive refreshments (beyond reasonable amounts)
  • Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely without a refund if passenger conduct jeopardizes safety or disturbs the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are only liable up to the amount paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries that result from guest negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect or consequential damages, or any punitive damages
  • Delays brought about by weather or situations outside of our control

7.2 Insurance

We have comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to procure their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our charters, you accept that there are inherent dangers in maritime activities and you assume responsibility for your own safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the right to change itineraries, paths, or schedules based on weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. We will strive to offer comparable alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for disruptions, cancellations, or alterations resulting from factors beyond our control, among them:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Mechanical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is managed following our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
